Infant formula or baby milk is a manufactured food designed and marketed for feeding to babies and infants under 12 months of age, usually prepared for bottle-feeding or cup-feeding from powder (mixed with water) or liquid (with or without additional water). The most commonly used infant formulas contain Demineralized whey and casein as a protein source, a blend of vegetable oils as a fat source , lactose as a carbohydrate source, a vitamin-mineral mix and other ingredients depending on the manufacturer.
In collaboration with leading experts, we have succeeded in developing optimized vegetable fat blend mixtures for infant formula and baby supplementary food.
Lactose made from fresh whey, it is suitable, as a high-quality source of carbohydrate, primarily for use as a valuable component in baby food recipes, and also for all uses in the food product industry.
Demineralized whey powder 90% is used for production of infant formula. It standardizes theserum protein, lactose and mineral contents of infant formula to be closer to breast milk composition.
